StudioNest Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

StudioNest is a boutique insight service operated by bodii llc (doing business as StudioNest). We transform written client and team feedback— including reviews, cancellations, internal notes, and public sentiment— into strategic monthly/quarterly insight reports for fitness and wellness studios. StudioNest is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mindbody, Glofox, ClassPass, or any other third-party booking or review platform.

2. Terms of Service

a. What You’re Signing Up For

By using StudioNest, you agree to share client and operational feedback (e.g., reviews, exit notes, internal logs) in order for us to generate a custom insight report. These reports are designed for internal use only and are intended to support your decision-making, not replace it.

b. No Platform Access

StudioNest does not connect to your backend systems. We do not request logins or API credentials. All feedback is manually shared by you (or your team) via file upload, Dropbox, or shared folder.

c. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• All source material (e.g., reviews, notes, cancellation reasons) remains your property.

• All report frameworks, synthesis methods, insight categories, and delivery formats are the intellectual property of bodii llc dba StudioNest.

• Final reports are for your internal use only. External use or commercial reproduction requires written permission.

d. Limitations and Disclaimer

StudioNest provides observational insights based on the data made available. While we apply principles from behavioral science and communication research, we make no guarantees about business performance, revenue impact, or client retention.

3. Privacy Policy

a. Data We Collect

We only collect data you choose to provide, including but not limited to:

• Class reviews from platforms like ClassPass or your own app

• Post-class surveys and client exit feedback

• Internal logs or cancellation notes (simulated or actual)

• Public community sentiment (e.g., Reddit, Google reviews)

We do not intentionally collect sensitive financial data, passwords, or client contact details. If such information is present, it will be scrubbed before analysis.

b. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to generate your StudioNest report. Our process includes:

• Manual review and anonymization of personal identifiers

• Secure upload to cloud storage (e.g., Amazon S3)

• Analysis using a proprietary AI analysis, designed with behavioral science and communication methodology

• Final human review and synthesis into plain-language insight

We do not sell, repurpose, or cross-analyze your data with other clients.

c. Data Security

Your files are stored using secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure. We take industry-standard measures to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or loss. Our analysis tools do not retain or reuse your content for training purposes.

d. Data Deletion

If you would like your uploaded files or reports permanently deleted, please email hello@studionest.app. We will confirm completion within seven business days.

e. International and State-Level Compliance

StudioNest aligns with core principles of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We act as a processor of business-facing operational data and do not collect or market to consumers directly. If you require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), we are happy to provide one upon request.
